The Konjac Sponge Company aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If your order is received over a weekend or bank holiday, the parcel will be dispatched the next working day. Generally, all orders received before 12 noon (GMT) are dispatched the same day. We dispatch Monday to Friday only.

Though we are not delayed is dispatch at this time, please note some COVID delivery delays are in place in some areas and out of our control.

Standard delivery (Using Royal Mail 48 service which generally takes 2 to 4 working days) = £2

Upgrade to 24 (Using Royal Mail 24 service which generally takes 1 to 2 working days) = £3.50

Express DPD (dispatched for next working day delivery, if ordered received before 12 noon between Monday and Friday) = £6.95

    UK Orders over £100 are delivered postage free


    EUROPEAN and REST OF WORLD DELIVERY (please allow up to 28 working days).

  • Standard delivery is £5.95. Tracked delivery is £11.95 to the EU
  • Standard delivery is £4.95. Tracked delivery is £9.95 to the Rest of the World
  • We have registered with IOSS meaning European Orders up to the value of €150 will be delivered to you all taxes and duties paid, so no hidden costs.
  • Please note that deliveries outside of the UK and EU may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if any of these issues arise.

    International orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, depending on the destination country. Orders of a high value may be sent via Fedex.

    Problem with a delivery

    In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order or receive full refund of payment.

    If your delivery is late, lost, incorrect or contains a damaged item, we will do everything we can to get the issue resolved promptly.
