A NEW the Elements Earth sponge in the Konjac Sponge Co family; Aloe Vera - replacing the Tourmaline one!

Aloe Vera, known for its Naturally rich moisture-rich content, makes it a winner for dry skin. But a lesser-known secret of Aloe Vera is it’s powerful natural astringent properties. Meaning it works wonders in thoroughly cleansing the skin; unblocking pores, and helping to remove impurities from the skin’s surface. Aloe Vera is also naturally antibacterial, meaning it can help to prevent spots and be used to soothe acne.

It's taken a while for us to find a way to perfect a 100% pure and chemical-free sponge with added Aloe Vera. We are aware that our Chinese competitors offer this, but not without additives used in their production, so we are pleased to finally be able to offer the purity we have now perfected. Soothing, calming and hydrating Aloe Vera in our so much loved half-ball shaped sponge.

How It Works

The texture of the konjac sponge is pillow-soft once hydrated in water, and totally safe to use around eyes to remove daily grime and water-based make-up.

The konjac sponge can be used on its own, or with the cleanser of your choice. If you use a cleanser, use less than normal, as the sponge helps the cleanser to work harder and go further.

Focus on problem areas, and use twice daily for the best effects. After use, squeeze the sponge out and hang to dry. The better care you give the sponge the longer it lasts, which can be up to 3 months.

The packaging is eco-friendly FSC certified with a window made from cellulose acetate (so it's completely biodegradable and plastic free!)

Before use, rinse and hydrate your Konjac Sponge in warm water. Squeeze out any excess water and gently cleanse skin. It is not necessary to use cleansing products, but a small amount can be added to your Konjac Sponge if desired. If a cleanser is added, the sponge will help the product work harder and go further.
After use, always rinse your sponge well and allow to dry in an airy place. Be careful not to wring it out as this may damage the delicate plant fibres, just squeeze between your flattened hands. You can also pop your clean sponge in the fridge to keep it fresh and cool, which helps it last even longer. Alternatively, your sponge is happy to be aired on a radiator or heated towel rail. It will shrink and harden when it dries out, this is perfectly natural, simply allow it to absorb water and rehydrate before using again. Never use the sponge when dry. The better care of the sponge, the longer it will last. Never leave the sponge in the shower or in a pool of water. Your Konjac Sponge is a 100% natural vegetable product and should last 1 to 3 months. Once it starts to look tired or breaks down, replace it. Our Konjac Sponges can be safely composted or used in the garden to help water your plants by holding moisture. Never leave a child unattended with a sponge.
